Yesterday, I went to 8th Ave ChinaTown. I walked around to look for dresser and wardrobe. Finally, I found something I wanted and I bought them both. When I opened up the box, it was partially damaged. So, I called the store for exchange. The sales lady told me to bring it in, so I went to the store around 5 pm and showed her the problem. Do you know what she told me? She said that they were minor damaged. Can you believe it? You paid for it and she just wanted to ditch me like that. I told her that you don't do business like this because customer is always right. Ok!!! So face it and exchange my damaged items. She just exchaged only a few parts of the product.I had really bad argument. urghhhhhhhhhhh!!
